Wild & Super-Fresh
90% of products are wild-caught in the sea or Lake Leman, then arrive at Pesca Rouge the next day (the store receives 3 deliveries per week). The produce is never frozen (except whelks). Most seafood (incl oysters, lobster, etc) and sea-fish are wild-caught off Brittany (France). All lake-fish (incl Perch fillets, féra, trout & more) are caught in Lake Leman off Gland & Evian.
