When will my voucher be ready?
Most BuyClub vouchers are ready as soon as you buy them, but some vouchers are ready 24h after the sale ends or on other specified dates. In any case, we always mention on the Highlights and/or Conditions section for each sale when the voucher will be ready.
Why can't I see my vouchers in my account?
You probably bought your voucher from a different BuyClub account than the one you're now logged in with. Try signing out and then signing in again with other email addresses you have (like your work email) or with Facebook Connect.
If you have several BuyClub accounts then we can merge them all for you - contact us.
I made a purchase but didn't get a confirmation email
Check your 'Spam' box, and if you're a Gmail user check your “Promotions” tab.
If you still can't find the confirmation email, please contact us.
My voucher expired and I forgot to use it. What happens now?
Voucher expiration dates are clearly stated on each sale's webpage and on each voucher. Once a voucher expires, it's is no longer valid and has no value.
We strongly recommend to try and use your voucher well ahead of its expiry date, which will greatly reduce the risk that you'll end up forgeting to use it.

Is buying on BuyClub safe?
Absolutely. When you purchase on BuyClub,ch, your credit card number is encrypted and transmitted by SSL directly to a secure electronic vault. At no time is your credit card information stored on our servers. We work with Stripe & Datatrans - 2 of well known international e-payment providers.
How do I buy an offer / voucher?
If you see an offer you like, just click the "Buy" button before the offer ends and buy a voucher. 24h after the offer ends on BuyClub, the voucher will be available in your BuyClub account. To redeem the voucher, just print it and present it directly at the service provide (unless otherwise stated).
Do I need to print my voucher in order to use it?
Yes. Unless otherwise stated, you need to present a printed voucher (not an e-version) to the Service Provider in order to redeem the voucher.
Do I need to use my voucher the same day I buy it?
No. You just need to use it before the expiration date.
Can I buy a voucher as a gift for someone else?
Yes. Unless the Conditions state otherwise, vouchers can be given as gifts. Each voucher contains the name of the buyer, but businesses that work with us know that we're cool with 'gifting' and will respect the voucher regardless of the name on it.
If I don't use the full value of the voucher in one visit, can I get cash back, or use the remainder later?
Unless otherwise stated you have to use the full value of the voucher in one visit, and you do not receive store credit or cash back for whatever you don't use.
Can I return a voucher?
You can cancel your purchase if the sale is still open on BuyClub (and as long as it's not yet sold-out) by contacting us (see full Terms & Conditions, section 10). Once the sale ends you can't return or change a voucher.
What if the business I bought a voucher for closes down?
If anything happens that makes it impossible for you to redeem your voucher, we'll do everything in our power to make sure you get your money back. We can't guarantee the result, but we'll do our best.
