Last year they reopened in Carouge's iconic La Maison Rouge space with a new fitting name - La Maison Rouge by Ragù - featuring the same outstanding chef & authentic Italian recipes from Ragù Eaux-Vives.
The focus is on slow-simmered sauces and fresh handmade pasta, with dishes like spaghetti with grilled squid and cherry tomatoes, beef ravioli finished in braised butter, and their signature bolognese ragù spooned over fresh tagliatelle.
