• Pre-treatment: whitening can't be done if you have cavities or tartar. So 1-3 months before starting the treatment, you need to:
  • have dentist check-up
  • ensure all cavities fixed
  • have dental cleaning
• Results: up to 3 shades whiter, lasting 1 year. Results vary by person
• Teeth sensitivity: Whitening is usually painless but may cause slight discomfort / mild tooth sensitivity for a few days (especially when consuming hot / cold foods)
• Who can't do Whitening: pregnant or breastfeeding women, people under age 20, people with gum disease.
