Aye, aye Cap'taine Mousse!
Cap'taine Mousse is a Nyon-based microbrewery started in 2016 by 2 Swiss bros: Manu (a hospitality pro & beer lover) & Jérôme (a scientist & beer lover). Like all good entrepreneurs, the bros started brewing in Manu's garage, using homemade improvised instruments and producing just 1 beer type. Then word got around of the magic they're brewing, and things became more serious: today Cap'taine Mousse has a state-of-the-art microbrewery & is among the region's leading microbreweries.
