Not professional. Didn’t start on time, no explanation for newcomers, didn't enquire about previous injuries. Very easy to get hurt as she didn’t adapt the exercises to different people.

It's high intensity for the entire hour. Julien has a great attitude and is really positive. He struck the right balance of pushing us and recognizing when to adjust exercise because we were gassed.

Julien, our group leader was WONDERFUL about adapting exercises to the various physical problems or fitness levels of participants. I could not have done a "one-size-fits-all" kind of approach. He not only made it fun, but I got good results and am looking forward to the next session.
