4. One thing Walliserhof Hotel & Spa could improve on

The hotel room provided was probably the worst "balcony" room in the hotel. Our "deluxe glacier view" had a balcony built into an asphalt rooftop with pooled water and a large pipe passing through and a quite limited view of anything beyond this roof and the balcony ceiling unless you were on the very edge of the balcony and looking up. I understand buyclub is a discount rate and the hotel was pretty booked but this aspect didn't feel like a deluxe experience.
