No access to toilet on the SPA itself when you go the rest room after massage you have to go back to changing room and wait for reception staff to open the door for you

Extra CHF50 for 2h access to use the pool hammam and sauna is a good idea but I would have preferred to pay less have less time and choose between option (hammam access for 30mn for example). I personally like to use the hammam before a massage.
