This place is AMAZING. The ambiance is fantastic. From the moment you step in, everything - from sounds, to smells, to low lights - is an invitation to relax. The host was super efficient and spoke perfect english. She was proficient in advising at the end of the session on different packages and options I could take to continue visiting the place. Before the session started, I was presented with four different essential oils and was invited to choose one. They all smelt fantastic, but I can never resist citrus, so there I went with tangerine. The sports massage was THE BEST I've had in a very long time - and I don't say this lightly, as many years of sport got me having sport massages fairly regularly. Hands down, it is the best massage I've had in Geneva since I moved here (two years ago). The futons are comfortable, the towels are spotless clean and hygiene standards are very good. I was given disposable underwear and the therapist washed her hands before touching my hair or face (believe it or not, this is not always the case!). Their regular prices are not low, for sure, but my view is that their service is worth every penny.
