It was too crowded, poorly organized. We left after an hour. Long lines, too many people, smelly food everywhere, nobody knew where to go to get on a train, disorganized lines, total mess

Make it non-smoking. I find it absolutely disgusting that people can smoke in a place meant for children. Also, more food spots. During the week, the main restaurant wasn’t open so the only options for lunch was a hotdog or a crêpe.

there is a need to precise that the car park is small and not always accessible but a free shutlle system was set up from a larger car park (with charge) to both attractions, the Swiss vapeur park and the aqua-park.
