Expand parking! I got a parking ticket because the usual parking spot has been taken over by the camping! That is a big turnoff :/

There is insufficient parking on site and there are no signs explaining where additional parking could be found.

The staff aren’t very enthusiastic. The woman at the ticket desk was lovely but every single train driver was sat on their phones whilst driving - looking bored as hell.

We waited more than 15 minutes to ride on the trains each time, which is very stressing with 2 kids that run around. Parking was absolutely unavailable, there are max. 20 spots at the venue, the rest is a 10 minute walk if you're lucky. We did a 20 minute walk to get there from where we parked. It was all packed.
