I definitely won’t recommend smile and care to anyone, especially those who use buyclub coupons. Hygienist and check up doctor are perfunctory, cleaning plus check up takes less than 20 minutes, especially check up, less than 5 minutes.

I've been going to Smile and Care (Margaux) for many years with BuyClub vouchers but the service recently is no longer the same. These days presenting the voucher ensures a very short detartrage, nothing like it used to be. I used the last voucher for my daughter and was surprised at 1) how the receptionist admonished me for not having announced when booking that I had a voucher (never used to be the case) and 2) how short the treatment was. If I can find another hygenist as gentle as Margaux I will not go back as I feel they should not be offering vouchers advertising a full detartrage at a discount and then providing basically a buyclub version of a detartrage.

5. Do you think you'll return to Smile and Care in the future, even without a BuyClub voucher?
Although I love Margaux and she is the reason I have been going to the clinic all these years, something has definitely changed in terms of the service they offer with a buyclub voucher. In addition, the last time I had a booking it was cancelled by the clinic due to illness and the re-scheduled appointment was set for after the expiry of the voucher. I was admonished for presenting an out of date voucher until I reminded that they were the ones who had re-scheduled, not me. Basically feel like turning up with a voucher these days leads to tut tutting and inferior service.

I have a dentist but havent been to see him since the pandemic. He would have complained about my long absence, that's why I went to see Smile and Care. Their office is too far from my house.
