To start on time and respect the duration of the massage that has been paid for. If delayed even by a only couple of minutes and/or when stepping outside (twice in my case) shortly (or longer), to ensure that these small interruptions are taken into account in the allocated time of the massage because you actually end up paying for a 45-minute massage instead of the intended one hour massage, which defeats the whole purpose of the discounted service proposed by Buyclub.

I think many people that buy the vouchers may find the standard prices too high to make it a regular experience… however their pricing is in line with other competing massage therapy businesses.
