I've only had 1 session so far but booked in for 3 more next week - Jameel brings amazing energy to the session and is super encouraging - my fitness level is not great and whilst tough, I really felt a sense of achievement at the end of the session and think the variety of exercises combined with cardio will be an excellent way to shed some extra kilos and tone up - I would highly recommend!

No shouting! A highly motivating trainer who looks carefully at the form of the participants rather than just leaving them to get on with it.

Jameel really watches form and corrects as necessary so I feel confident that he's doing everything to ensure a safe work out environment and the only aches and pains are from sore muscles rather than any injuries!
