We added 1 hour of spa stay (84.- per person per hour) to the cost of the 2 vouchers (119.- per person per 50 min massage) and it comes up to a bit above the budget I would like to spend on this type of activity. Although considering the luxury level of the place, it is probably ok.

The massage was really basic, the hammam was not available so it was just a cabine with a simply massage, not a spa experience. It was too expensive for what it was.

it would be great to have a free use of the spa which would be included if you pay for a treatment, as it's done in other spas.
also One hour of stay at the spa prior to the treatment wasn't really enough, considering they offer you tea/coffee with chocolates before, so when you are done 10 min are gone. you change and enter the suite, you have some 45 min left for saune, hammam and jaccuzi - you end up hopping from one to another in a hurry 15 min each. Considering the money paid, it would be better to have ample time and enjoy things leisurely, if you know what I mean... Not sure what is the solution for that, since the spa operates few private suites and those are offered for a cost per hour...
when we were leaving, we were not asked whether we are interested in trying any products - too bad, as I would definitely would be interested. I approached the display and tried a couple of products on my own and even though there was no attempt to offer anything... Perhaps they assumed that people coming with BuyClub won't be their target clients for the expensive La Mer products? they could've offered free samples at least...

They could offer you the "tea/drink" in the actual massage room (there's ample space) like this you spend more time in the lovely room as opposed to the tiny/cramped space in the reception are of the spa.

I love the ambiance, but the massage was nothing special. It was pleasant, but as "deep tissue" massage I found that the legs and arms got a regular relaxing massage, and only the back got the deep tissue that I had requested. All in all in was a pleasant experience, but I put the bar high for massages as I take them on regular basis.
