Jusqu'à maintenant j'ai toujours consommé les glaces sur place. J'ai acheté récemment la glace à emporter avec le bon BUYCLUB et j'ai découvert que Manu Gelato a joué sur le design de la boite (avec un fond rétréci) pour réduire la contenance de la glace dans le bac. Soit disant que la glace est remplie bombée, pleine et dépasse le bord, en réalité la contenance fait MOINS d' 1 Litre!! Quand mon fils a ramené le bac à glace à la maison. J'ai pensé que la vendeuse s'est trompée dans la taille des boites, Je travaille dans le packaging, donc je vois certains détails dans le design ! Par curiosité, j'ai rempli avec un doseur, (1)le bac vide avec (2) le couvercle à RAS BORD, la contenance est seulement 750 cl (1)+ à peine 120 cl (2) , donc la contenance pleine maximum ne dépasse pas 870cl , c'est impossible de fermer le couvercle avec 850cl. . En jouant sur le design du bac et "soit disant" servir la glace à la spatule bombée . il y a une tromperie AU MOINS de 100Cl sur chaque bac vendu, Manu Gela gagne en quantité sur les bacs vendus à la fin de la journée et fait une bénéfice chaque mois , donc il y a tromperie sur la quantité servie et vendue.

The amount of ice cream you get entirely depends on who is serving you. Sometimes you get way too much, sometimes a lot less. Why not use a portion-maker ice cream scoop where the portions are always of more or less the same size? It is faster too, to serve!

If I had to nominate something I'd say that the paper tissue provided does not wipe sticky ice-cream, perhaps a different tissue would be more useful. But gelato is delicious and the service is great!

Jouer sur la transparence et l'honnêteté : 'Changer le design des bacs , de même sur les cups avec un fond plat comme les autres glaciers. Les cups ont l'air profond, finalement le fond est remonté de 2 cm !! pour paraître que le cup est profond. De même que le bac est "épais" avec un fond rétrécit en forme de "cône" pour faire paraître que la boite est énorme , en réalité une fois vidée.. la contenance est moins qu'annoncé! Pour moi c'est une tromperie, donc fraude.
