Welcome by the therapist, and her explanations, the level of luxury in the treatment room (just like a 5* hotel room, with private bathroom!), with a view onto the lake... Amazing facial and face massage.... Everything!

Absolutely Amazing. The bar has been set high for facials and now it will be a little sad to go anywhere else. The esthetician was caring, sensitive and knowledgable. All the products smelled wonderful. I looked and felt great afterwards. My husband asked if I had make up on when I got home :)

You go through the hotel and there are beautiful winter decorations right now.
There was a lot of natural light in the massage room. I liked that very much!
Plus, it is a very clean space, with a spacious bathroom.

The reception for the Spa is on the ground level, away from the treatment rooms. I found the welcome there a little less warm - felt the guy was a little false. Busy doing other things... But once in the hands of the therapist, all was perfect!

As in many European hotels, there is shampoo & shower gel but no conditioner. This is cultural, but anglo-saxons tend to like & expect conditioner.

Parking hints would have been useful - the hotel /UN carpark appeared to be closed, the lovely therapist told me the doorman would have parked my car - but I already had driven round to find a paid street space.
