Massage with Mary was excellent ! The receptionist was handeling way too many clients. They should have a support person as they email you to tell you to be 15 Minutes in advanced but then you have to wait. Prior to the appointment i asked twice to confirm I had booked the right treatment once at time of reservation and again when they sent me a reminder e-mail. The reply I got was a canned reply. It could have been partially my fault as I wrote in English. I’ve dhoulf have taken the time to write in French

I expected not only the massage but the Spa experience. I would recommend the Massage (Which was great) but the SPa was mediocre - the sauna did not work and between Hammam & pool is too much walk so that you cannot really enjoy it. the hamman also was a bit smelly

Very Zen experience....I went early to use the outdoor pool for water exercise, and relaxed on the huge cocoon-like mats....very restful. Best was the super massage, opted for a masque as well and came out feeling great and pampered with tea and another rest afterwards in their lovely waiting area. Nice people too..

Massage was great. We were disappointed by the pool, though, as we were expecting a relaxing experience before the massage and instead had the music and shouting from aqua aerobics. It would have been good if the hotel would have mentioned that this was taking place when they encouraged us to come early to enjoy the facilities. We would probably have then chosen a different time slot.

The staff tried to sell me 3 of the same treatments I had = MarocMaroc. But I’m interested in deep cleansing facials. MarocMaroc is relaxing.
