It was a bit difficult to call and manage to obtain a rdv a the beginning although I can understand that the clinicians are usually busy with clients.
It was great to get an email response, however, which set me at ease so I could plan my session.
Might be helpful for those who like myself live a bit farther out...to suggest parking options. It turned out to be very easy to park in the underground lot on the same street. This would be most helpful to know ahead of time as one is not allowed to park on the street without a local pass.

I would like to .as it is a lovely treatment and I liked the way Oceane told me about the various steps when I asked. Some people...like myself, like to follow the steps of the treatment and understand the process.
