We didn't need a guide so there was no waiting, we just took an information sheet (in English) and followed the numbers. And the sights were spectacular - the son et lumière in the Cathedral cave at the end is quite magnificent! Also the 5 minute walk from the carpark to the Caves through an ancient forest is a delight in itself.

The way to access the caves is a bit long, although it offers a natural forest scenery. Currently there are works in progress, I believe the access will be optimized then.

Customer care - first they said we lose our vouchers if we don’t use them all at once (I bought for my mum who wanted to use later date, now it’s lost) second in the shop I let the kids pay and she accused us of not paying as her colleague took the first payment. Strange people
