Presenter did not speak well english

Communication. I've followed the instructions provided at the voucher and sent the email to make a reservation. I've never received a response nor confirmation. however, the voucher was immediately marked as 'used', before the workshop took place. I called in the end only to find out that there was no reservation made. Luckily, there were still some places available so we managed to fit in.

5. Do you think you'll return to Chocolate Workshop at Maison Desplanches in the future, even without a BuyClub voucher?
I would like to introduce this workshop to my grandson when he is old enough.

For the time being no as I would like to see and experience something else I have not tried yet.
Who knows, maybe in couple of years I'd like to do it again or treat my guests with the workshop at Maison Deplanches :)
