I loved my facial and the facialist was amazing. But, the spa is right next to the gym, so it was hard to relax with the sound of the weights and music next door. It also feels like it needs a renovation. It's a bit small and not as inviting as other spas in Geneva. But, the service itself was excellent and everyone was so nice.

It felt like they were understaffed. Perhaps a renovation of the space and moving the gym a little further away from the spa. The music and weights ruined my time in the relaxation room.

If they have other offers as hotel treatments are always more expensive. But worth it, so might consider going without an offer.

Only because the rates for services doesn't really seem worth it because of the amenities. I think they should update it and expand the hammam and move the gym.
