I discovered bain de cressy last year through buyclub. I went in the evening and enjoyed the experience with the pool beautifully lit up at night.
I found the experience relaxing and will go again but there are a lot of things that could be improved (see below)

It is unfortunately very expensive. Consequently, without a voucher, the only time I can go with my son is in the hour or so before closing time when the price is reduced. It is still expensive enough then. The positive is that there are generally fewer people at that time.

Not enough Showers for the number allowed. Got shouted at because I wasn't ready to leave at 18:00 sharp. It was impossible. then I have been told that I should leave earlier!!! well, NO, it is not my problem. Not happy at all about this issue.

1. Welcome - cold and not informative.
2. Indications - few given by welcome and hard to find your way around. Most customers apparently new and a bit lost. Some signs would help.
3. The showers - hand held without proper support for soap. very basic.
4. Lights in the steam room, difficult to see anything in there.
