I bought the color , mask and haircut. The haircut is not what I asked, totally different and much shorter. The color came out like shit They also charged me an extra n 32chf because they said the Buy club price is just for small root growth.
It was the worst experience of my life. Now I have to go to another salon to correct the color which will damage my hair and have to wait for my hair to grow to get a proper hair cut. Also, I specifically asked for someone with experience and obviously that was not the case.
Please do not work with them ever and tell other people not to buy their services. I am very upset with buyclub too and demand my money back!

I left completely disappointed with the result of coloring . I asked Got to make them dark chocolate, i got them yellow, she had to redo it few times , but the result is still not good. Grey hair are visible.
Finally I spent extra hour in the salon, without getting even apologizes from Gots side.
