The voucher said it was good for a color and cut, but it turns out they don't do a full head of color, only the racine roots and then try to upsell on all over gloss

When I have booked this appointment I have asked to not have the same hairdresser doing my hair than the two last times and they still put me with her. They (and their management) should seriously take good note of one request coming from the customer during the booking. As they have a customer file with all the data, etc. I feel like they did it on purpose but then why don’t they tell me on the phone that they cannot take this request into consideration ?! I find this not professional at all coming from the management. You can definitely communicate this feedback to 19th Avenue.
