The shop was big but felt empty. There were customers there at the time but it felt cold? The staff seem young but there was no buzz or a dynamic atmosphere.

5. Do you think you'll return to 19th Avenue in the future, even without a BuyClub voucher?
I am not happy with my haircut - if fact, really annoyed. I am embarrassed that I could not communicate in French given how long I have lived here but I came out of my appointment feeling a little shamed? Also I have short hair so the voucher wasn't worth as much to me.
