- Classes are for all levels
- Yoga mat, eQua® towel for your mat & a face towel are provided for free for each class
- Changing rooms with showers, incl body wash, shampoo & hair-dryers available on-site. Shower towel can be rented for CHF 3
- Drink plenty of water before & after the class, and wear light sports clothes
- Hot Yoga isn't recommended for pregnant women or folks with heart conditions. Pls consult your Doctor if you're un-sure
