Tibet Herbal Spa opened in 2018 in Mont-sur-Lausanne and specializes in Asian traditional treatments from Tibet, Thailand & India.
The spa is run by 1 male & 3 female therapists highly-experienced in Tibetan massage. Their qualifications include:
- 10 years experience in massage & reflexology
- ASCA-certified
- Tibetan massage & medicine qualified by Tibet's Sorig Khang International School
- Thai massage qualified by Thailand's Old Medicine Hospital
- Diploma in Human Anatomy, Physiology & Pathology from Lausanne's Médicine académique Atlas
- Ayurveda qualification from India's Ayurveda College in Kerala
- Speaks English, French, Italian, Tibetan & Hindi

About Tibetan, Thai & Ayurvedic Massages
Tibetan massage:
Relaxing & soothing. Quality natural oils are applied all over the body with particular focus on the head, hands & feet. The therapist uses gentle pressing & stretching movements to soothe muscle pain, relieve stress & promote relaxation.
Thai massage:
Strong & stretching. The therapists use their hands, elbows & knees to press and stretch your body & release energy lines (called Sens). Choose traditional or oil Thai massage.
Ayurvedic massage:
Relaxing & rejuvenating. Argan oil and a variety of massage techniques, with changing intensity and pressure, are applied.
Option for Duo Tibet Massage
The Tibet massage can be done as a duo-treatment for 2 people together (if you buy 2 vouchers). The duo option applies only to option 1 (1h massage) and not to option 2 (2h bath+massage combo).
Good To Know
- All massages are performed on a Swiss-made high-tech design massage bed & with oil (except traditional Thai massage)
- The Tibetan medicinal bath is done in a private room where you have full privacy
