Wine Description
"The aromas are intense and expressive: a pleasant woodiness, aromas of figs, red peppers, Espelette chilli, jammy black fruits, peppermint and even a slightly dominant brown tobacco, liquorice and sandalwood. We find the finest of jammy black fruit such as blackcurrant, elderberry and red cherry.
The palate is fresh with smooth tannins coated with a touch of sweetness: stewed fruits, cocoa liqueur and dried porcini mushrooms. The structure is powerful and promising. Very drinkable which should improve with age."
