- Log into your Zalando account (or create a new account). Once there:
- Click on “My Account” > “Gift Card” and enter your code
- the credit will be added to your Zalando account, and then deducted from your future Zalando purchases

Never. You just need to charge them into your Zalando account by Aug 1, 2024
2. Can I buy and use several vouchers?
Yes. You can buy up to 10 vouchers, load your credits into 1 or several Zalando accounts, and use the credits in 1 or several Zalando purchases.
3. Is the credit valid on Zalando’s on-sale items?
Yes.
4. Can I give the voucher as a gift to someone else?
Yes. Just give them the code you'll receive from us, and you can use this nicer gift-certificate template
5. Is there a minimum Zalando order in order to use the credit?
No
6. Can you return to Zalando items bought with credits?
Yes (as long as you respect Zalando’s Returns policy), and you'll get the refund in credits
