The stunning GTG (Grand Théâtre de Genève) Switzerland’s largest and most prestigious opera stage - opens its 2025/26 season this September with Wagner’s monumental opera Tannhäuser.
This epic tale follows a knight torn between two worlds: the seductive pleasures of Venus vs the pure-love of Elisabeth. Full of emotion & soaring music, Tannhäuser is one of Wagner’s most powerful works.
