Safe Meat Steakhouse just opened in Pâquis, following their success in Eaux Vives. Their unusual name is a nod towards their belief that high quality meat is the absolute key to a good steak.
The stylish restaurant is owned by chef Seyfi Yildirim (12 years of grilling expertise) and serves not only the classics like Entrecôte, Rumsteak and T-bones but also specials like LOKUM de bœuf, Wagyu beef, 60-days bone-aged meat & more.
