The new La Rôtisserie de la Ferme in Collex-Bossy countryside (20 minutes from Cornavin) is the only Geneva place that serves slow-roasted pork BBQed on an open-flame spit right infront of you, and carved onto your plate.
The porc is top quality: farm raised in Jussy (Geneva).
The menu also features seafood, veggie options, and homemade dishes that change regularly.
