Siberian Sturgeon Caviar, Sustainably-Raised in the EU

Italy's Pisani Dossi fish farm sustainably raises Siberian sturgeon - which many top chefs (and the Michelin guide) say is one of the world's best caviars. The fresh caviar is then imported to Switzerland by Premium Caviar based in Geneva's old-town.

This Siberian sturgeon caviar:

• is fresh and never frozen
• contains no preservatives / additives except salt
• is harvested when the fish are mature at 9 years old
• eggs are ca 2.8mm with mild taste & light aftertaste of hazelnut & wild berries

Storage & Best-Before Date

• Storage: in original tin in fridge (max 4 degrees Celsius) before & after opening

  • Opened tin: 2 days after opening
• Tip: avoid using metal utensils when handling the caviar. Ceramic, glass, wood or plastic is fine if you don't have mother-of-pearl ;-)
