At Medusa, Greek Chef Konstantinos Kamperis fuses flavours of his home country with Mediterranean and Middle Eastern influences, to create a delicious cuisine he calls "Medi-East."
Think grilled octopus with Egyptian dukkah spice, Spanish padron peppers with smoked feta or roasted Iberico pork in yogurt & cucumbers - all cooked in a wood-fired grill for that Greek taverna feel.

The Chef: from Gordon Ramsay to Medusa
Chef Kamperis honed his craft in elite kitchens - from the Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues to one of Gordon Ramsay's London restaurants - before leading the kitchen at Khora Geneva and then opening Medusa.
