Amazing Menu for Meat & Fish Lovers
The contemporary French & International menu includes a wide variety of fresh fish & meat dishes prepared from high quality ingredients and infused with subtle, original flavours.

Sample starters include baked goat’s cheese in honey and thyme (Chf 18) or seared foie gras with fig chutney (Chf 31).

Sample mains include the house burger (Chf 26); roast duck in honey & thyme (CHF 39); rack of lamb encrusted with fine herbs (Chf 46) or a whole side of Charolais beef for 2 people (Chf 98).

Fish dishes include tuna steak seasoned with sesame seeds (Chf 40), monkfish medallions Provencal (Chf 42) and grilled Breton sole (Chf 59).

Home-made desserts include a tonka bean crème brulée, melted chocolate pudding & classic tarte tatin with ice-cream.
