About Cuvée H9:
Cuvée H9 from Clos de la Barthassade comes from the terroir of the Terrasses du Larzac in Languedoc, South of France.
It's a fine blend of Syrah (70%), Mourvèdre (15%) and Grenache (15%), certified AOC Languedoc.
Clos de la Barthassad is owned by Baron family (Guillaume, Helene & their 3 kids) and produces just 5'000 cases a year (some large producers do that in 1 week...). The domaine is farmed mainly by hand using biological methods.
