What’s On The Menu?
La Zinguerie’s summer menu is tasty and decently priced, with starters costing CHF 7 - CHF 18 and main courses costing CHF 23 - CHF 35.
Sample starters include a Smoked Salmon Carpaccio (CHF 16), the House Gaspacho (CHF 14), a Caribbean Ceviche (CHF 16) or, closer to home, an ardoise from the Valais (CHF 15).
Sample mains include Japanese or Thai-style bar fillet (CHF 30-32), Oriental lamb with couscous (CHF 31), a Peruvian beef dish (CHF 28) and beef steaks with a choice of delicious Spanish & South America sauces (CHF 28-35). In addition to the summer menu, there’s also a fantastic choice of tapas, and the menu of the day, so your biggest problem will be what to choose...
Whatever you choose, be sure to leave room for dessert. Lemon cheesecake, an authentic tiramisu and a chocolate tart with red berry coulis are just a few of the CHF 10 desserts on the menu.

"Located in a quiet street near Terrassière the Zinguerie will delight those looking for a small, modern, warm, cool and efficient kitchen! We sat on the terrace behind the restaurant (there is also a terrace in front)... I drank a Mojito fresh and not too sweet to drink... I chose the suggestion of a patron fried prawns, squid with garlic. I do not usually eat squid, but this time it was simply delicious. Cooked and finely seasoned, accompanied by a little salad and rice in three flavors, all beautifully presented. My friend took a skewer of tender lamb to melt in the mouth... Zinguerie offers a selection of interesting wines in the world. The team is young and smiling."
