Kheops’ Kitchen in Grand Lancy offers US-style “smashburgers” which are 'smashed' down while being grilled to bring alive every bit of flavour.
The burgers are served on special potato buns with homemade double-cooked fries (plain or with melted cheese) & homemade sauces. And if you're not in the mood for a burger, you can go for their crispy fried chicken.
