The owner of El Galliano takes pride in bringing the true flavors & atmosphere of Peru to Geneva. The restaurant is warm & friendly, you always get a hearty 'Peruvian' welcome, and the food is absolutely superb.

• Ceviche - fish fillets in lime juice, red peppers Peruvian corn, red onions & tomatoes
• Tuna Peruvian - stuffed tuna w mashed potatoes & spicy yellow peppers
• Galliano salad - shrimp, smoked salmon, onions, cucumbers & tomatoes in calypso sauce

Example Mains:

• Lomo Saltado - Beef tenderloins w red onions, tomatoes & soy sauce
• Gambas à la Provençale - Gambas in Provençale sauce
• Arroz de camarones chaufa - Fried rice w seafood, mixed peppers & corriander

Example Desserts:

• Lucuma Tiramisu
• Coconut Flan
• Three milks pie

Today's offer is for a 'Discovery Menu' for 2 people and each person can choose 1 starter, 1 main & 1 dessert from the menu. If you want to taste Peru's traditional liquor, you can add CHF 10 to get a delicious Pisco cocktail. You won't be dissapointed.
