Jasper: Made to Quench the Thirst of Belgian Miners

Jasper is a Grisette - a Belgian farmhouse beer traditionally brewed light & refreshing for thirsty miners.

The style almost disappeared with the rise of mass-beers in the mid 1900's, and is now being rediscovered by premium breweries, with the LA Times celebrating it as "primed for a comeback.”

Tasting notes:

• Light & dry, easy to drink
• Subtly tart and gently hopped, with Mosaic, Citra and Galaxy hops bringing fresh citrus and tropical notes
