A Private Dinner Experience
À Table Chez Anou isn’t your typical dinner:
The restaurant space contains just 1 beautiful communal table, shared each night by up to 14 guests who enjoy Chef Anou's 7-course vegan dinner. Some call this experience a "table d’hôte" or a "supper club", but we just know it's a beautiful way to enjoy great cuisine while connecting with new people.
Except for the dining setting, there are a few more very special things about dinner here:
- the dishes change each evening according to Anou's inspiration and the best looking veggies in the market that day
- the restaurant doesn't have a microwave or a freezer: Anou buys all ingredients at 16h, cooks it on the spot and serves it all fresh
- Anou explains each dish as it comes out, so you get the "back story" on each veggie and cooking technique
Anou is assisted by chef Sandeep, who worked at the Michelin-starred Rasoi at Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Geneva.
