Originating in Texas and now popular all over the world, Tex-Mex cuisine blends traditional Mexican recipes with classics from the American South to create hearty colorful dishes that taste great and make you feel good. Tex-Mex cuisine typically includes meat, beans & melted cheese and is served with warm Mexican flatbread called tortillas. The food can be a bit spicy, but almost every dish can be tailored to your preference.

Manana's menu is straightforward and features Tex-Mex classics done well. Portions are generous & perfect for sharing, with starters ranging from CHF 11-19 and mains from CHF 22-34. Sample mains include:

• Fajitas: grilled beef, chicken, or shrimp cooked with bell peppers & onions, served with tortillas (CHF 34)
