Housekeeping needs to umprove. We asked twice for shower soap. It never came. We asked last yesr to repair cosmetic magnifying mirror, it is still like last year, unable to use. We also asked last year for summer covers. The duvets are way too heavy and hot in summer. Outdide these few points, we have absolutely nothing to complain about.

Although we called some 15 min in advance of our arrival to ask for transport to the hotel (GPS time of arrival + 10m for parking), we still had to wait 20 min to be picked up at the terminal.

Dinner service at the Cäsar Ritz restaurant is far too slow (it took nearly 2,5 hours to eat a 4-dish menu).
