I had seen the highly positive reviews on TripAdvisor but should probably have looked more closely. It was much too "Madame Tussaud's" for our taste and I think I would check with friends first whether they like that type of thing: for those who do, it might be worth a visit

I would recommend Chaplin's World, but not to families with young kids. More appropriate for older visitors, who have come to appreciate the joy of watching Charlie Chaplin in his films.

Le restaurant est joli, mais un peu trop cher et la carte pas très adaptée pour les enfants. A la réception, nous n’avons pas été informés qu’en prenant un ticket d’entrée il y avait un forfait pour le parking à 4 frs.
Nous avons payé le parking 8 frs et le personnel n’a rien voulu faire pour nous rembourser ni proposer une alternative. L’information du forfait étant seulement écrite en tout petit à l’endroit où on la paye, nous n’avons rien vu.
