Very friendly and professional staff. The massage was excellent! The massage room is clean, modern, cozy. The relaxation room afterwards is also great to unwind after the massage. I fully recommend the Fairmont Valmont Spa and look forward to returning soon!

1. Look at the customer and provide bath robe and slippers accordingly (I had a bath robe that only just closed but no way was I going to go to the relaxation area with that, and my heels were partly off the slippers.
2. For once I did not have massage on my tommy although I said ok to ‘everything’, and then they normally do massage the tommy albeit (too) short only. I do not understand, why is massaging the tommy not normal? It does you good, and if problems it will get it ‘working’.
