Most vouchers are ready as soon as you buy them, other vouchers are ready 24h after sale ends on BuyClub. In all cases, we always mention - on each sale's Highlights section - when the vouchers for that sale will be ready. We'll also alert you via email when the voucher is ready. You can always check a voucher's status on "My Vouchers"

Vouchers are available online in your BuyClub account. Log into BuyClub and go My Account > My Vouchers

No. You just need to use it before the expiration date.

Yes but only if the sale for that voucher is still running on BuyClub (and it didn't sell out). Pls contact us to make this happen. Refunds for cancelled purchases are made via BuyClub credits.
