Most vouchers are ready as soon as you buy them, other vouchers are ready 24h after sale ends on BuyClub. In all cases, we always mention - on each sale's Highlights section - when the vouchers for that sale will be ready. We'll also alert you via email when the voucher is ready. You can always check a voucher's status on "My Vouchers"

Vouchers are available online in your BuyClub account. Log into BuyClub and go My Account > My Vouchers

No. You just need to use it before the expiration date.

You can cancel your purchase before a sale ends by contacting us. Once the sale ends your purchase can't be cancelled or changed.
